These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 9e999 platform and its user ("you" or "member"). By browsing the 9e999 website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Account Security Guidelines

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. The following conditions apply when withdrawing:

• Withdrawal requests can only be made to a registered payment number
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions
• The withdrawal amount cannot exceed the actual available balance in your account

New members at 9e999 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳20,000

Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount applies. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

Important Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once
• Another bonus cannot be added while one bonus is active
• Bonuses may have a set expiry period — they will be cancelled automatically upon expiry
• 9e999 reserves the right to modify or cancel a bonus under special circumstances
• If fraudulent activity is detected, all bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled

The 9e999 VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher tiers through regular and active participation. VIP benefits are subject to change at the discretion of 9e999.

List of Prohibited Activities
