9e999 Frequently Asked Questions

There are some warning signs worth paying attention to — such as the urge to keep betting to recover lost money, being unable to stop playing, impact on your family and work life, and growing mental anxiety. If you notice these signs, contact our support team right away or visit the responsible gambling page.

Yes, 9e999 takes responsible gambling very seriously. You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. To activate a limit, contact us via 24/7 live chat or at [email protected]. A limit can be lowered at any time, but increasing it is subject to a specific waiting period — this is for your own protection.

Cooling-off is a temporary break — your account is paused for a few days to a few weeks. Self-exclusion is a longer-term solution — your account is fully closed for a defined period. To activate either option, write to us on live chat or at [email protected] and we will act quickly.

Online betting and casino games can be harmful to young minds, so 9e999 is strictly for people aged 21 and above. Age is verified during account verification. If anyone manages an account on behalf of an underage person, that account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be processed for return.

9e999 provides a reality check feature — you are reminded at set intervals how long you have been playing. You can also set a session time limit. To use these tools, send a request via support chat or email.

Simply open an account at 9e999 for the first time and make a minimum deposit of ৳500 — the welcome bonus is added automatically. The bonus rate is 150%, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,500. No separate code is needed — your first deposit is all it takes.

Each bonus has a specific expiry period which is communicated at the time the bonus is issued. If the wagering requirement is not met within that time, the bonus is cancelled automatically. So check the expiry as soon as you receive a bonus and start playing in time.

Slot games generally count 100% toward the wagering requirement. Live casino and table games (such as blackjack and roulette) often count partially or not at all. Check the bonus terms and conditions for the contribution rate of specific games, or ask on live chat.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x — and it is calculated on the bonus amount only, not combined with the deposit. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 in total wagers required before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn. This is a transparent and fair method.

Yes, you can request to cancel a bonus before the wagering is completed. However, keep in mind — if you cancel a bonus, any winnings earned from that bonus will also be cancelled. To cancel a bonus, contact us on live chat or at [email protected].

Before choosing a slot, check the minimum and maximum bet amounts. If your budget is limited, pick a low-bet slot so you can play longer. Mid-volatility games are well suited to small-to-medium budgets as they tend to pay out more regularly. You can easily filter and browse options in the 9e999 slots lobby.

RTP stands for Return to Player — it is the theoretical rate at which a game pays back over the long run. For example, a 96% RTP means that on average ৳96 is returned for every ৳100 wagered — but this is an average across millions of spins, not a guarantee for any single round. The higher the RTP, the more favourable it is for the player in theory.

Yes, many slot games at 9e999 have a demo or free-play mode. You can explore a game's features, paylines, and bonus rounds without spending any real money. We recommend trying any new game in demo mode before placing real bets.

Free spins are usually awarded for a specific slot game. Once free spins are added to your account, they will be ready to use when you open that game in the lobby. Free spins may have an expiry and wagering conditions on winnings — read the details sent with the bonus carefully.

In a progressive jackpot, a small portion of each bet is added to a central prize pool, which keeps growing until someone wins it. Once won, the pool resets to zero and starts building again. The chance of winning these jackpots is low, but a single win can be life-changing. No specific pool amount or guarantee can be promised.

Each week, a fixed percentage of your net losses is returned to you as cashback. The cashback rate depends on your VIP level. The amount is credited to your account automatically at the end of each week and can generally be withdrawn directly or used for further play.

9e999 has five VIP levels in total: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (0.3%), Gold (0.5%), Platinum (0.6%), and Diamond (0.8%). The more actively you play, the faster you can move up to a higher level and enjoy greater cashback.

Progress through VIP levels depends on your regular gaming activity. The more consistently and actively you play, the faster you will advance to the next level. Evaluation is based on overall activity and loyalty rather than a specific turnover figure. Contact support to find out about your current progress.

Reaching higher VIP levels unlocks a range of exclusive benefits — such as a dedicated VIP account manager, faster withdrawal processing, invitations to special tournaments, exclusive promotional offers, and higher betting limits. Diamond level members receive the most personalised service.

Yes, if you are inactive for a long period or your regular gaming activity decreases, your level may be adjusted. However, 9e999 supports loyal players in maintaining their benefits. Contact the VIP support team for details about your current VIP level and the related conditions.

At 9e999, a standard withdrawal is typically completed within 10 to 45 minutes. This timeframe applies to all three methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. During busy periods or if account verification is required, it may take a little longer.

No, withdrawals can only be made to a mobile wallet registered in your own name. Whether you withdraw to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket, the name on that account must match the name on your 9e999 account. This is an important security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering.

To withdraw bonus winnings, the wagering requirement must be fully completed first. For example, a ৳1,500 bonus requires ৳37,500 in total wagers before the bonus winnings become withdrawable. Your deposited funds, however, can be withdrawn at any time — the bonus conditions apply only to the bonus portion.

The minimum withdrawal amount at 9e999 is ৳500, and this applies equally across all three methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be accepted. Contact support to find out about the maximum limit.

If more than 45 minutes have passed and your withdrawal has not been completed, first check the status in your wallet app and your 9e999 account. If it shows "processing", wait a little longer. If the issue persists, contact us on live chat or at [email protected] with your transaction details and we will resolve it quickly.
