9e999's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
Keep the fun within limits. 9e999 always puts player safety and well-being first — because safe gaming is the best gaming.
Gaming Is for Entertainment
At 9e999, we believe online gaming and betting is a form of entertainment, and it should always stay that way. Whether you win or lose, keeping it fun and refreshing is what responsible gaming is all about.
We also know that gaming can sometimes get out of hand. That's why our platform offers a range of protective tools to help you stay within your limits — from setting deposit limits to taking a temporary break. 9e999 is always here for you.
This platform is for those aged 21 and above only. No one under the minimum age is permitted to open an account or play. This is our strict policy and we make no exceptions.
Responsible gaming doesn't mean avoiding the risk of losing — it means staying aware of your own limits and keeping gaming as a source of entertainment.
Never treat gaming as a source of income. Placing larger bets to recover short-term losses can be dangerous.
9e999's Protective Tools
With player well-being in mind, we have built a number of effective control features.
Deposit Limits
Set a limit on your daily, weekly, or monthly deposits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately, and a waiting period applies if you wish to increase it. This is the most effective way to protect your budget.
Time-Out Break
If you feel you need a rest, take a time-out from 24 hours up to several weeks. During this period, no login or betting will be possible on your account. Access will be restored automatically once the break ends.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a longer break, use the self-exclusion feature. Once activated, your account will be completely closed for the specified period. To request self-exclusion, contact our support team directly.
Loss Limit
Set a limit on how much you can lose within a given period. Once the limit is reached, no further betting will be possible. This tool protects you from financial loss.
Session Time Limit
Set how long you play each day. When the time is up, the system will automatically alert you or end your session. This is very effective for breaking the habit of playing for long stretches at a time.
24/7 Support
Our specialist support team is available around the clock for any issue. Contact us via live chat or email — if you're more comfortable in Bengali, help is available in Bengali.

Responsible Gaming Tips
-
Set your budget first
Decide how much you will spend in each session beforehand and stick to that limit. -
Don't chase losses
Placing larger bets to recover lost money often leads to even greater losses. -
Take regular breaks
Playing for long stretches reduces your judgment. Stay fresh by taking regular breaks. -
Don't bet on impulse
Making betting decisions when you are angry, frustrated, or intoxicated is not a good idea. -
Think of gaming as entertainment
It is a form of entertainment — not a source of income or part of a financial plan. -
Talk to someone you trust
Have an open conversation with family or a trusted friend — isolation makes problems worse.
